Nous nous déplaçons dans votre gîte pour une dégustation afin de vous faire découvrir notre sélection de vins biologiques supérieurs et passer un agréables moments. Nous vous proposons plusieurs formules de dégustation selon le nombre de personnes qui dégustent.

We travel to your cottage for a tasting to make you discover our selection of superior organic wines and spend a pleasant time. We offer several tasting formulas according to the number of people who taste.

Toutes les dégustations reposent sur l'originalité des vignobles bordelais et bergeracois. Chaque vin dégusté possède des caractéristiques propres aux cépages, au terroir ainsi qu'à la méthode de vinification. Notre attention se porte principalement sur les pratiques de viticulture biologique et biodynamique, ce qui permet aux intervenants de poser des questions concernant ces méthodes agricoles et œnologiques spécifiques.

Les dégustations commencent par une présentation de la Maison Amanieux, ainsi que de son histoire. Ensuite, nous vous présenterons les vins que nous dégusterons ensemble.

Les dégustations sont disponibles directement aux chais avec une visite des chais de 1842 en plus de la dégustation !

All the tastings are based on the originality of the Bordeaux and Bergerac vineyards. Each wine tasted has characteristics specific to the grape varieties, the terroir and the winemaking method. Our main focus is on organic and biodynamic viticulture practices, which allows speakers to ask questions about these specific agricultural and oenological methods.

The tastings begin with a presentation of the Maison Amanieux, as well as its history. Then we will present the wines that we will taste together.

The tastings are available directly at the cellar with a visit of the cellars of 1842 in addition to the tasting!

La dégustation de 3 vins est une dégustation découverte, qui se compose de plusieurs vins : un vin rosé, un vin blanc et un vin rouge. Cette dégustation est accompagnée d'une initiation à la dégustation.

The tasting of 3 wines is a discovery tasting, which consists of several wines: a rosé wine, a white wine and a red wine. This tasting is accompanied by an introduction to the tasting.

La dégustation de 5 vins se compose de 1 vin rosé, 2 vins blancs et 2 vins rouges.

Les vins blancs sont secs fruités et demi-secs typiques de la vallée de la Dordogne.

Le premier vin rouge est sur le fruit avec les cépages de notre région.

Le deuxième vin rouge est un vin plus structuré et complexe avec un élevage en barriques de chêne.

Cette dégustation est accompagnée d'une initiation à la dégustation.

The tasting of 5 wines consists of 1 rosé wine, 2 white wines and 2 red wines.

The white wines are dry fruity and semi-dry typical of the Dordogne valley.

The first red wine is on the fruit with the grape varieties of our region.

The second red wine is a more structured and complex wine with an aging in oak barrels.

This tasting is accompanied by an introduction to the tasting.

La dégustation 7 vins & 1 spiritueux est basée sur des vins de haute qualité, élevés en fût de chêne et à maturité idéale. Elle se compose de 3 vins rouges, 2 vins blancs et 2 vins rosés ainsi qu'un apéritif mistelle à 17° ou un cognac XO de Charente.

Cette dégustation peut être accompagnée d’un jeu de découverte aromatique et d’initiation à la dégustation. (sur demande)

The 7 wines & 1 spirits tasting is based on high quality wines, aged in oak barrels and at ideal maturity. It consists of 3 red wines, 2 white wines and 2 rosé wines as well as a 17° Mistelle aperitif or a Cognac XO de Charente. This tasting can be accompanied by a game of aromatic discovery and initiation to

tasting. (on request)

Si vous souhaitez une dégustation plus festive et gastronomique, nous vous proposons deux formules traiteurs d'accompagnements qui sauront ravir vos papilles lors de votre dégustation !

The Chais Bio offer a matching basket met & wine in addition to your tasting at 5€ per person. In this basket you will find fresh and local French products, such as pâté with bread, county or sausage or ham.

If you want a more festive and gastronomic tasting, we offer two catering packages that will delight your taste buds during your tasting!
